If you are unable to show up to an initial consultation please call, text, or email me as soon as possible. No-shows for initial consultations will not be rescheduled.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:
After our initial free video consultation, I charge $185 per session. Individuals are strongly encouraged to make at least an 8-week initial commitment to the process since it will take some time to get to know one another. Current laws prohibit telehealth to be conducted across state line so services are only available to Colorado residents. We will conduct these sessions through a HIPAA protected video portal.
COUPLES, FAMILY, AND ADOLESCENT SESSIONS:
I do not work with adolescents and I no longer see clients for couples or family therapy.
If you would like a referral for someone who does, I would be happy to provide one.
LATE, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOW POLICY:
I will wait for 10 minutes in the video conference portal before texting to ensure that we are not having technical difficulties. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes into the session I will log off and this session will be considered a no-show and charged at the full rate. I will not wait for more than 20 minutes even if I do hear from you. If an emergency occurs, please reach out to me as soon as possible to reschedule.
Because I set time aside just for you and can't fill my schedule last minute, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled last minute will be charged at the full rate.
INSURANCE:
I do not accept insurance. I would be happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company as a out-of-network provider, but I do not directly coordinate with insurance for payment. I can accept HSA cards for payment.
Fees are due at time of service. I do not offer refunds or payment plans. I do not accept checks.
